Texas Hands & Voices Announces Executive Transition

Jeannette Robinson Appointed Interim Executive Director

CYPRESS,TEXAS , Dec. 17, 2018 – Texas Hands & Voices (TX H&V) today announces the departure of the Executive Director Kellie Berger. The Board of Directors has appointed Jeannette Robinson as Interim Executive Director. 

Kellie Berger has served Texas families with Deaf and hard of hearing children, providing support and leadership in various roles, throughout the 10-year history of the organization. Her hard work, and faithful efforts have impacted countless children and their parents, truly allowing them to reach their highest potential. The Board is thankful for her time and talents, and wishes her well in future endeavors.

Jeannette Robinson, current ASTra Program Coordinator, comes from a strong background in business development, and a love for working in non-profits. As a mother to a Deaf daughter, Jeannette’s experiences make her uniquely qualified to fill the role of Interim Executive Director. The TX H&V Board is excited for the vision and enthusiasm Jeanette will bring to the organization during this interim period, and look forward to her continued contributions.

We look forward to quickly completing the process of hiring a permanent Executive Director, and continuing to support parents in Texas with Deaf and hard of hearing children.”
